New Site for the User's Guide
If you are interested in learning Creative Conflict Resolution or just in
knowing more about what it entails, we suggest you check out the User's
Guide in development at our wiki on
Netcipia. You will see that we are in development, but you can
offer suggestions, comments and questions.
As you look it over, please keep in mind that there is an important difference between simple and
easy. It is our goal to make these concepts as simple as possible;
that is, we are trying to break the concepts and the techniques into small
pieces that will allow you to begin right away to use them in your life and
to bit by bit, more and more, adopt the disciplines as a part of your daily
life.
It is not possible, however, to make this easy. The hardest part of
Creative Conflict Resolution is coming to act on what we already know, that
we cannot change anyone but ourselves. We continue to act as though the only way we are going to get what we need is if we can get other
people to be different. Well, we can't change them.
The good news is that the only person we have to get to change if we are
going to get what we need is ourselves. That is hard enough. [If
